BBQ sweet and sour sausages
Preparation process

First, grill the sausages (or cook them in a pan) until they develop a nice golden-brown crust.

Once cooked, cut them into smaller pieces.

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Heat the sauce over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to simmer gently. Then reduce the heat and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and develops a rich flavor.

Pour the sauce over the sliced sausages and mix well so that every piece is coated evenly. If needed, heat them together briefly so the flavors blend even better and the sausages stay juicy and full of flavor.
