Bringing together two culinary worlds for a unique dining experience.
Preparation process
Preparation of sweet potatoes:
- 
Peel and cut the potatoes into suitable pieces and season to taste. 
- 
Spread evenly in an airfryer (or in the oven) and bake at the optimum temperature and time to achieve the desired texture and crispiness. 
Caramelised onions:
- 
Cut the onions into rings and place the contents in a pan. 
- 
Slowly sauté the onions until completely soft. 
- 
Add a teaspoon of brown sugar and salt to taste. 
Sauce preparation:
- 
First chop and fry the mushrooms, then leave to cool. 
- 
In a bowl, combine the cooled chopped mushrooms, Greek yoghurt (3 tbsp), cream cheese (3 tbsp) and mayonnaise light (2 tbsp). 
- 
Add salt to taste and garlic powder and stir well to combine the ingredients evenly and make a thick and tasty sauce.
