The perfect experience. The secret lies in using the best ingredients - fresh and tasty bread, colourful vegetables, creamy spreads and premium proteins - succulent chicken breast and selected cheese.
Preparation process
Fry all four slices of bread in oil.
- 
Then prepare the cream spread by mixing the pesto and Greek yoghurt (or mayonnaise). Slice the fresh tomatoes and avocado. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry before using. 
- 
Spread a spoonful of the pesto spread on the unbaked sides of the bread. 
- 
Then place the lettuce on two slices of bread, followed by the cheese, tomatoes and chicken breast. 
- 
Place the avocado, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil on top of the chicken breasts. 
- 
Place the other two greased bread slices on top of the two bread slices, with the greased parts facing inwards and in contact with the basil leaves. 
- 
Cut the sandwiches down the middle and serve. As a complement to the sandwich, we recommend serving with a generous portion of freshly prepared coleslaw
